Welcome to Canva Queen AI University. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, subscription, learning materials, community, and any tools or apps we provide (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Canva Queen AI University is a subscription-based online academy operated by ARCI Digital that teaches Filipinos how to create AI-powered digital products, market them, and choose the right niches to sell to. We are an independent educational provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
- The subscription is ₱2,499 per month, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Xendit. We do not store your full card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime; your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Educational Purpose & No Income Guarantee
The Service provides education, systems, templates, and tools. It is not a get-rich-quick program and does not guarantee income, sales, or specific results. Any outcomes depend on your own effort, product quality, niche selection, consistency, and the rules of the platforms you sell on. Examples and figures shown are for illustration only and are not promises of earnings.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We teach you to use tools and marketplaces such as Canva, Etsy, print-on-demand services, and social platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. You are responsible for following each platform's own terms, including Canva's content licensing and Etsy's AI-disclosure and seller policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, templates, workflows, and app content are owned by Canva Queen AI University and licensed to you for your personal, non-transferable use while subscribed. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share your account or our materials with others.
7. Products You Create
You own the digital products you create by applying what you learn, provided you comply with all applicable licenses and platform rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring your products are original, properly licensed, and legally sold.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or share paid content publicly.
- Be respectful in the community. We may suspend accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canva Queen AI University is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
