We want you to feel confident enrolling in Canva Queen AI University. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, our guarantee, and refunds work.

1. Subscription & Cancellation

Canva Queen AI University is a monthly subscription of ₱2,499/month.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Because access and materials are delivered immediately, partial-month refunds are generally not provided for the current billing cycle.

2. The Action Guarantee

We stand behind the system with a do-the-work guarantee, not a no-questions-asked money-back refund. If you show up and do the work and still have not made progress toward your first product launch within your first 30 days, we will work with you personally until it clicks.

To qualify for the Action Guarantee, you must:

Complete the modules in order (actually do them, not just watch).
Publish at least one product to Etsy, a print-on-demand platform, or another approved selling channel.
Reach out to our support team with proof of your completed work.

3. How to Cancel or Request Support

To cancel your subscription or ask about the Action Guarantee, contact us at arciiiadvertising@gmail.com or message us on Facebook. Please include the email address used at sign-up.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us within 7 days and we will review and correct any verified billing error.

5. No Income Guarantee

This policy covers billing and access only. It is not a guarantee of income or sales. Results depend on your effort, product quality, niche selection, and platform rules. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
